Hello and thank you so much for supporting Liquid Light Mirrors! Every piece is thoughtfully designed and handmade with care, and I want you to feel confident when shopping here. Please take a moment to read through the policies below before placing your order:

Processing & delivery times:

  • Ready-to-ship items are usually processed and shipped within 1 week
  • Made-to-order mirrors may take up to 4 weeks — check the product listing for timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 1–2 weeks after dispatch
  • International: 3–5 weeks depending on location and customs

    Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.

    International Orders & Customs Fees

    International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply upon arrival in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before purchasing.

    Shipping Issues

    If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being collected from the post office, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).
    We cannot provide refunds for lost parcels where the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect.
